Delivery/Collection Information
Our aim is to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible.
Orders for posting are despatched using Royal Mail's standard First Class service.
Within the UK, whether we post your order or deliver to you locally in person using our own van, we will deliver your order free of charge if your order value is £14.00 or more, and will charge only £2.50 for an order value below £14.00. Orders are not processed on Sundays or Bank Holidays, otherwise you can expect to receive your order within three working days.
Orders to addresses outside the UK attract a postal charge of £10 or more depending on your location.
Alternatively, if you choose 'Click & Collect' we'll email you as soon as your order is ready for collection and then it can be collected from us Monday to Saturday between 9am and 4pm.
If you need your order urgently or the delivery date is really important to you please e-mail us at info@cravenstationery.co.uk providing a contact telephone number. We will do everything we can to ensure you have your order when you need it.
Returns
We sincerely hope you will be pleased with your purchases. However, if this is not the case and you wish to return an item then we will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the item so long as the item is still in its original packaging, has not been used and is in a re-saleable condition.
Arrangements for and the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense and we recommend that you send items tracked, including a note of your order number and the reason for return.
The value of the item will be refunded to the debit card, credit card or paypal account you used when making the purchase. We will normally process the refund within 48 hours of the day of receipt of the item with ourselves.
We very much hope that all items will be received by you in good order. If this is not the case then we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, preferably by telephoning us on 01756 795925 or, if that is not convenient, by emailing us at enquiry@cravenstationeryonline.co.uk. We'll do everything we can to put things right for you in as short a time as possible.

We take the confidentiality of your personal information very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices with respect to information collected from users who access our website or otherwise share personal information with us.

How can I find out what information Craven Stationery holds about me?
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.

We will provide the following information free of charge and within one month of the request:

Where you have chosen a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share this password with anyone.
Whilst we have put reasonable measures in place to safeguard the security of your personal data, the transmission of information via the internet is never completely secure. Whilst we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot absolutely guarantee the safety of your data transmitted to our site and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access to it.

From time to time we may review this policy. Material changes to the policy will be notified to you by email.
Cookies Policy
We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our services.

We use a tool which is based on the Snowplow Analytics technology to collect information about your use of the Site. The tool collects information such as how often users access the Site, which pages they visit when they do so, etc. The tool does not collect any Personal Information and is only used by our Site hosting and operating service provider to improve the Site and services.
Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)
In order to present our contents correctly and make them graphically appealing across all browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or does not allow access, content will be displayed in a default font.
- Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. In theory, it is possible - but certainly also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes - that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.

Third-party collection of information
Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent you disclose your information to other parties or sites throughout the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. Marketing
We may use your Personal Information such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc., for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials concerning our services which we believe may interest you.
